WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE 1.8.2023

IN ADDITION TO TERMS OF WARRANTY PLEASE DO FOLLOW THESE RULES:

Fill in the Warranty Claim Form at the Finnmaster Dealer OnLine website, or send the warranty claim by e-mail to warranty@finnmaster.fi
In order to minimize claim handling time please do use the warranty claim form found at the Dealer OnLine website.

Only warranty claims, including hull number, sent from the Dealer Online platform or by e-mail to warranty@finnmaster.fi will be registered. In the claim form there are separate fields for complaint, fault, and corrective action as for defect parts Please do fill out every field in the form, also your warranty claim will be handled faster if you provide photos.

Dealers are not authorized to perform or order warranty repairs without prior acceptance from Finnmaster Boats Oy. Finnmaster Boats Oy may reject warranty claims regarding unauthorized repairs. By claiming in advance, the quality of the repairs can be assured, and time consumed for repair possibly reduced with technical assistance from Finnmaster Boats Oy.

Send warranty claim immediately after the customer has delivered the complaint.

Transport damages are to be noted on the original waybill and immediately notified to Finnmaster Boats Oy. Transport damages will NOT be covered unless the damages are noted on the transporter’s waybill.

Invoices regarding warranty repairs should be sent no later than 12 months after the claim.
Invoices for warranty repairs are to be sent immediately to Finnmaster Boats Oy.
Invoices addressed to others will be sent in return. The invoice should include specification of work and material/parts, CIN code of the boat as well as SWIFT and IBAN codes.

NOTIFICATION!
Yamaha–Motor PDI sheet must be filled/performed before delivering new Finnmaster or HUSKY boat to the customer!
